Istanbul has many choices for breakfast. Kaymakci (clotted cream maker or seller) Pando in Besiktaş is one of the local breakfast shops in Istanbul, serving people breakfast for over hundred years. Pando located in Besiktas Carsisi (shopping street) in a small shop is run by Pando Bey, also called Bulgar (Pando Bey’s family immigrated from Bulgaria). His famous breakfast is made of honey, kaymak (clotted cream) cheese, omelette with cheese or sucuk, olives, milk and tea. Afiyet olsun!
